Movement is for everyone
At Inclusive Physical Therapy, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to move, grow, and feel confident in their own body.
We provide personalised physiotherapy for adults, children, and young people across Kent, helping people improve movement, strength, mobility, confidence, and independence in a way that works for them.
Led by Chartered Physiotherapist Fran, we support people through paediatric physiotherapy, adult rehabilitation, neurological rehabilitation, and movement therapy - always taking the time to understand the person behind the goals.
Because physiotherapy is not just about exercises. It is about listening, building trust, and finding the right approach for each individual.
Our journey started in 2020 when we opened Kent Children’s Clinic, supporting hundreds of families across Kent with the movement, development, and confidence of their babies, children, and young adults. Working alongside children and families taught us something important: every person’s journey is different.
Sometimes progress looks like a child taking their first steps. Sometimes it means returning to a favourite activity after injury. Sometimes it is simply feeling stronger, more confident, and more comfortable moving through everyday life. Whatever the goal, we believe the best support comes from listening, understanding, and working together.
Through our partnership with Inclusive Fitness and Inclusive Sport, we bring this same welcoming and inclusive approach to Inclusive Physical Therapy - creating a space where adults and children feel supported, encouraged, and able to move at their own pace

Fran is a Chartered Physiotherapist with over 20 years’ experience helping people of all ages discover what they are capable of. Throughout her career, Fran has supported people recovering from injury, adapting to changes in their health, developing new movement skills, and building confidence in what their bodies can achieve.
Fran has a special interest in paediatric physiotherapy, supporting babies, children, young people, and families with movement development and rehabilitation. She also works part-time for the NHS as an expert physiotherapist in children’s orthopaedics, bringing valuable experience and knowledge into her private practice.
For Fran, physiotherapy is a partnership. It is about understanding what matters to each person, creating realistic goals, and supporting progress in a way that feels positive and achievable.
Movement has always been an important part of Fran’s life. Growing up with a love of gymnastics and netball, Fran experienced first-hand how movement can create confidence, friendships, and a sense of belonging. She qualified as a Pilates instructor in 2007 and continues to combine Pilates, physiotherapy, and movement education to help people feel stronger, more capable, and connected with their bodies.
Outside of physiotherapy, Fran is part of the local fitness community through CrossFit, Olympic weightlifting, Hyrox training, triathlons, and running events. She understands what it feels like to try something new, face challenges, and work towards personal goals. This experience helps her support others with empathy, encouragement, and understanding.
You will often find Fran at Inclusive Fitness - chatting with members, answering questions, encouraging others, or training alongside the community she loves being part of.
